Return Period
20 Days for Hassle-Free Returns
You have up to 20 days from the date of delivery to initiate a return for eligible items. We want to provide you with ample time to make sure your purchase is just right.
Eligibility Criteria
To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, in the same condition as received, and in the original packaging.
Non-Returnable Items
Certain items are not eligible for return, including:
- Intimate Apparel: For hygiene reasons, intimate apparel such as lingerie and swimwear cannot be returned.
- Final Sale Items: Items marked as final sale are not eligible for return.
How to Initiate a Return
- Contact Us: Send an email to info@klunite.com with your order number and details of the item(s) you wish to return.
- Return Authorization: Our customer service team will provide you with a return authorization and instructions on where to send your return.
- Packaging: Please ensure that the item(s) are securely packaged in the original packaging or equivalent.
- Shipping: You will be responsible for paying the shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Refund Process
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
Approved Refunds
If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within a certain number of days.
Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, please check your bank account again. If the issue persists, contact your credit card company and/or bank as processing times may vary.
